Treatment can be stressful for our patients on many levels - emotionally, physically, and financially. Our insurance coordinator is available to assist you in filing claims with your insurance company, if you have any benefits. We also offer attractive payment plans for our patients.

If you Don't Have Insurance Coverage:
If you do not have insurance coverage for your care, we also accept cash, check, and credit cards (American Express, Visa & Mastercard). The fee for the initial consultation in male fertility is $300. See also our Payment Options for Surgical Procedures of Male Fertility.

TIP: We recommend to keep track of your out-of-pocket medical expenses. Annual medical expenses that exceed 7.5% of your total adjusted gross income are tax deductible. This includes travel expenses and meals associated with the medical treatment. Go to Publication #502 on www.irs.gov or ask your tax advisor.
